SYNOPSIS

A series of musical animated films for family viewing. The romantic plotline makes the cycle interesting for a wide range of viewers. The narrative focuses on a classic love story: where the lyrical characters overcome many difficult, but exciting adventures for the viewer, ending with a traditional happy ending for the “family“ genre. The main “highlight“ of the cartoon cycle: the lyrical characters come from different, initially little consonant with each other civilizational models … and even belong to completely different biological species! Each episode is designed in a unique musical style.: classical, rock, pop, jazz, blues, techno… The place of action is Russia, the Southern coast of Crimea, Koktebel. The action itself is a free reminiscence of the famous “The Little Mermaid“ by H.H. Andersen (later filmed by the Disney Studio more than once) – in modern Russian realities.

…A Crimean artist accidentally meets a Mermaid – and from her amazing beauty falls madly in love with a guest from the depths of the sea. Rusal, a formidable and jealous brother of the Mermaid, stands in the way of their love. The artist almost loses his life, but the Mermaid saves him, after which he suddenly stops sailing to meetings. The artist tries to look for his beloved, and in the sea he meets the Mermaid again. He makes it clear: The mermaid urgently needs to be rescued, and only a human can do it! The main character will have to fight with an alien transformer ship capable of imitating any external forms. Together with their beloved Mermaid, they go through many trials: they move into the future, where “transhumanism“ reigns, and the cloned humanoid inhabitants have lost their human senses and consist of synthesized organ substitutes. But the heroes make a brave escape from the gloomy future back to traditional humanistic values.

“It’s a pretty intriguing story based on certain assumptions in the fantasy genre. The narrative algorithm itself is interesting: the action takes place at the junction of various civilizational models, between representatives of different biological species. The main character first comes into contact with the world of mythological creatures, then with representatives of alien civilizations. At the same time, such a diverse contact does not seem “excessive“, but is quite consistent with the objectives of the plot development. Each chapter of the plot fascinates and holds the attention, making it impossible to predict the outcome of the entire work, which is very important for the future audience. I think that the main idea embedded in the work is also important: it shows the dead–end path of transhumanism, it says that the departure from traditional human values – morality, traditions and faith – inexorably lead to the self-destruction of society, the loss of its fundamental properties…“

An intriguing fantasy story unlike any available in adventure and fantasy literature, where the scenario between a human and an advanced alien civilization, showing people the dead-end path of transhumanism, suggests that a departure from traditional values and morals leads to the self-destruction of society, the loss of its human properties, traditions and faith.

Artist

He is a young, handsome, talented man, aged 25, with long blond hair down to his shoulders, blue eyes. slim, well-developed figure, long musical fingers. Romantic appearance is characteristic of the creative nature of the artist.

Mermaid (Isis)

a beautiful, red-haired girl, aged 25, with a well-developed figure, green (emerald) eyes with an intelligent, deep look. The face should contrast and at the same time be in harmony with the artist's face. She is from the future, so her face and figure should have the characteristics of the people of the future – sophistication, balanced sex appeal, unearthly beauty, harmony and perfection.

Rusal

a minor, episodic character of a handsome, well-developed man, 35-40 years old, with an elegant, short beard in the style of a lambersexual or hipster, eyes, hair color and beard are black. He is from the future, so his face and figure should have the features peculiar to the people of the future – refined masculinity, special aristocracy, unearthly perfection and harmony.

The eldest, Arus

An imposing, statuesque 50-year-old man with an adult commanding appearance, brown eyes, brown-haired with gray on his head, a cropped short beard with elements of gray.

Dosh, brother of Isis

A 30-year-old, lean man with regular facial features, silver (not gray) hair color, gray eyes, deep, tenacious gaze.
