From 1975 to 1977 he served in the Soviet Army.
In 1978, he entered the Bauman Moscow State Technical University and was a Lenin scholar.
In 1984, he graduated with honors from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences. He holds more than 70 technical patents in various jurisdictions, in particular: in Russia, the USA, Japan, China, Korea, India, the European Union, Ukraine, Belarus.
Since 2013 Vladimir Yelin began writing short rhyming aphorisms. The basis of Vladimir Yelin‘s work is the desire to know the harmony of rhyming thoughts through a philosophical understanding of the description of our world. In recent years, Yelin V. has written about 2,200 poems posted on the stihi.ru portal.
In 2016, Yelin V. has published two collections of poetry: “Rhymed Thoughts“ – Part 1, 209 pages, and Part 2, 216 pages, IPO “At Nikitsky Gate“.
In 2019, a book was published – “I love Russia“, 312 pages, IPO “At Nikitsky Gate“.
2021, the book “The Moscow Mystery“, 188 pages, “Silver of Words“ was published.
